This Privacy Policy explains what information EasyTrade collects, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. It names every outside company your data reaches, because a policy that lists only some of them is not a disclosure. By using EasyTrade you agree to this policy.
EasyTrade is a free-to-play, gamified stock-market learning and contest app published by Mubasher, covering seven Middle East exchanges (Saudi Tadawul, Dubai DFM, Abu Dhabi ADX, Qatar QSE, Bahrain BHB, Oman MSX and Egypt EGX). It is an educational simulation. EasyTrade does not provide real brokerage, does not execute real trades, and no real money is invested through the app.
Account details you give us: your name or display name, your email address, an optional mobile number, and — if you sign in with Apple or Google — the basic profile that provider shares. Profile details you choose to add: a preset avatar, or a photo you take with your camera or pick from your photo library, plus your answers to the short onboarding questions (age band, life stage, market experience, and what you want from the app). Those answers only personalise what you are shown; they never affect scoring, prizes or eligibility. Gameplay data we generate: your Points balance and the full ledger of every Points movement, your contest entries, picks and results, leaderboard rank, league tier, achievements, streaks and in-app activity. Content you create: community posts and replies, clan membership, and your conversations with the Shaheen assistant. Device and diagnostic data: app version and build, platform, device model, an identifier generated fresh on each app launch, and — only if you allow notifications — a push token. When the app crashes or hits an error we record the error message, the technical stack trace, the screen you were on and a short trail of your last actions. We never collect bank, card or brokerage credentials, we do not track your location, and we do not read your contacts.
To create and secure your account, run contests, leaderboards and clans, award and track Points, answer your questions through the Shaheen assistant, deliver the notifications you switch on, decide which market and which content to show you, find and fix crashes, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Shaheen runs on large language models operated by other companies, so what you send it leaves our systems. When you ask a question we send your message, the recent messages in that conversation, and a short context block to Groq, Inc.; if Groq is unavailable we send them to Google (Gemini) instead. The context block contains your FIRST name only, your Points balance, XP, streak and league tier, the market you are playing, the current entry window and entry fee, your latest contest result (return, rank and Points paid), and your current lineup — each symbol, its weight, your up-or-down call, and its entry and latest price. It never contains your surname, email address, mobile number or account identifier. Your messages and Shaheen's replies are stored in our database so your history survives closing the screen; you can delete a conversation whenever you like, and deleting your account deletes all of them. A small number of our staff can read conversations in order to operate and moderate the assistant. These providers handle your text under their own terms and may keep it to run and improve their services, so please do not type anything sensitive into the assistant. Shaheen is an AI, it can be wrong, and nothing it says is investment advice.
The prices and index levels in the app are real market data, licensed from a professional market-data provider and refreshed through the trading session. They may be delayed, and they are shown for education and entertainment only — never rely on them for a real investment decision. Looking at a price sends nothing about you anywhere: our servers collect prices for the whole market on a schedule, rather than requesting them on your behalf.
A few images are not served by us, so your device fetches them directly and the company serving them necessarily sees your IP address and the request. Company logos are fetched from Google's favicon service (www.google.com) and DuckDuckGo's icon service (icons.duckduckgo.com); avatar and illustration artwork is fetched from GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com), which hosts Microsoft's open-source Fluent Emoji set. Those requests carry nothing about your account — only the web address of the company whose logo is being drawn. A profile photo you upload is stored by us behind a public link, so please treat it as public.
Supabase — sign-in, database and file storage; this is where your account, gameplay data and content live. Vercel — hosting for our website and for the backend endpoints that handle assistant requests, push-token registration and the price feed. Expo — over-the-air app updates and the push service that delivers the notifications you opt into. Groq and Google — the language models behind Shaheen (section 4). Apple and Google — only when you choose to sign in with them. Each processes data solely to provide its part of the service, under its own terms. The app carries no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK, and crash diagnostics are written to our own database rather than sent to an outside crash-reporting service.
The app asks for your camera or your photo library only at the moment you choose to set a profile picture, and only the single image you select ever leaves your device. It asks for notification permission only when you turn a notification on. You can withdraw either permission in your device settings at any time, and the rest of the app keeps working.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and you can view or correct most of it inside the app. You can delete everything in three ways: in the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account; on the web, open mubashereasytrade.com/delete-account; or email us from your registered address. Deleting your account immediately erases your profile and questionnaire answers, your Points balance and full ledger, your contest entries, picks and entry audit trail, your referrals, your push tokens, your assistant conversations and messages, your community posts and replies, your clan and league memberships, and your sign-in identity. Anything that cannot be erased in that same instant — a profile picture you uploaded, or a technical record such as a crash report or a notification delivery log — is deleted or permanently detached from your identity within 30 days; crash diagnostics are deleted automatically after 30 days in any case. A clan or league you created is handed to another member rather than destroyed, so other players do not lose their team. Aggregate figures that identify nobody — how many people entered a contest, and what its prize pool was — stay in our records. You may also ask us for a copy of your data or object to how we use it, at the same address.
EasyTrade is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Your account and your economy data (Points, rank, league) are protected by server-side rules, so balances and results cannot be altered by a device. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and the internal crash and audit records described above are readable only by our operators. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy and will revise the date above; a material change will be flagged in the app. For any privacy question, a copy of your data, or a deletion request, email bhidy@mubashermedia.com — the same address published on our store listings, at mubashereasytrade.com/support, and behind Menu > Help Centre in the app.

EasyTrade تطبيق مجاني تعليمي قائم على أسلوب الألعاب لتعلّم سوق الأسهم والمشاركة في المسابقات، تصدره شركة مباشر، ويغطّي أسواق الشرق الأوسط السبعة (تداول السعودية، سوق دبي المالي، سوق أبوظبي، بورصة قطر، بورصة البحرين، بورصة مسقط، والبورصة المصرية). وهو محاكاة تعليمية. لا يقدّم EasyTrade خدمات وساطة مالية حقيقية، ولا ينفّذ صفقات حقيقية، ولا يُستثمر أي أموال حقيقية عبر التطبيق.
بيانات الحساب التي تقدّمها: الاسم أو الاسم الظاهر، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم جوال اختياري، و— إذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Apple أو Google — الملف التعريفي الأساسي الذي يشاركه المزوّد. بيانات الملف الشخصي التي تختار إضافتها: صورة رمزية جاهزة، أو صورة تلتقطها بالكاميرا أو تختارها من معرض الصور، إضافةً إلى إجاباتك عن أسئلة التعريف القصيرة (الفئة العمرية، والمرحلة الحياتية، وخبرتك بالسوق، وما الذي تريده من التطبيق). هذه الإجابات تُخصّص ما يُعرض لك فقط، ولا تؤثّر إطلاقًا في الاحتساب أو الجوائز أو الأهلية. بيانات اللعب التي نُنشئها: رصيد النقاط وسجلّ كل حركة عليها، ومشاركاتك واختياراتك ونتائجك في المسابقات، وترتيبك في لوحة المتصدّرين، ومستوى الدوري، والإنجازات، والسلاسل المتتالية، ونشاطك داخل التطبيق. المحتوى الذي تنشئه: منشوراتك وردودك في المجتمع، وعضويتك في المجموعات، ومحادثاتك مع مساعد شاهين. بيانات الجهاز والتشخيص: إصدار التطبيق ورقم البناء، والمنصّة، وطراز الجهاز، ومعرّف يُنشأ من جديد عند كل تشغيل للتطبيق، و— إذا سمحت بالإشعارات فقط — رمز الإشعارات الفورية. وعند تعطّل التطبيق أو وقوع خطأ نسجّل رسالة الخطأ، والتتبّع التقني، والشاشة التي كنت فيها، وسلسلة قصيرة بآخر إجراءاتك. لا نجمع إطلاقًا بيانات البنوك أو البطاقات أو بيانات اعتماد الوساطة المالية، ولا نتتبّع موقعك، ولا نطّلع على جهات اتصالك.
لإنشاء حسابك وتأمينه، وإدارة المسابقات ولوحات المتصدّرين والمجموعات، ومنح النقاط وتتبّعها، والإجابة عن أسئلتك عبر مساعد شاهين، وإرسال الإشعارات التي تفعّلها، وتحديد السوق والمحتوى المعروض لك، واكتشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام، وتحسين التطبيق. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات.
يعمل شاهين على نماذج لغوية كبيرة تُشغّلها شركات أخرى، ولذلك فإن ما ترسله إليه يغادر أنظمتنا. عندما تطرح سؤالًا نرسل رسالتك، والرسائل الأخيرة في المحادثة نفسها، وكتلة سياق قصيرة إلى شركة Groq, Inc.، وإذا تعذّر الوصول إليها نرسلها إلى Google (Gemini) بدلًا منها. تحتوي كتلة السياق على اسمك الأول فقط، ورصيد نقاطك، ونقاط الخبرة، وسلسلتك، ومستوى دوريك، والسوق الذي تلعب فيه، ونافذة الاشتراك الحالية ورسمها، ونتيجة مسابقتك الأخيرة (العائد والترتيب والنقاط المدفوعة)، وتشكيلتك الحالية — رمز كل سهم ووزنه وتوقّعك بالصعود أو الهبوط وسعر دخوله وآخر سعر له. ولا تحتوي إطلاقًا على اسم عائلتك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم جوالك أو معرّف حسابك. تُحفظ رسائلك وردود شاهين في قاعدة بياناتنا حتى يبقى سجلّ محادثاتك بعد إغلاق الشاشة، ويمكنك حذف أي محادثة متى شئت، ويؤدي حذف حسابك إلى حذفها جميعًا. ويستطيع عدد محدود من موظّفينا الاطّلاع على المحادثات لتشغيل المساعد والإشراف عليه. تعالج هذه الشركات نصوصك وفق شروطها الخاصة وقد تحتفظ بها لتشغيل خدماتها وتحسينها، لذا يُرجى عدم كتابة أي معلومات حسّاسة للمساعد. شاهين ذكاء اصطناعي قد يخطئ، ولا شيء مما يقوله يُعدّ نصيحة استثمارية.
الأسعار ومستويات المؤشرات في التطبيق بيانات سوق حقيقية مرخَّصة من مزوّد بيانات احترافي، وتُحدَّث على مدار الجلسة. وقد تكون مؤجّلة، وهي معروضة لأغراض تعليمية وترفيهية فقط — فلا تعتمد عليها إطلاقًا في قرار استثماري حقيقي. والاطّلاع على سعر لا يُرسل عنك شيئًا إلى أي جهة: فخوادمنا تجمع أسعار السوق كاملةً وفق جدول زمني، لا بناءً على طلبك أنت.
بعض الصور لا نقدّمها نحن، فيجلبها جهازك مباشرةً، وبذلك ترى الشركة التي تقدّمها عنوان IP الخاص بك والطلب نفسه. تُجلب شعارات الشركات من خدمة الأيقونات لدى Google (www.google.com) ومن خدمة الأيقونات لدى DuckDuckGo (icons.duckduckgo.com)، وتُجلب الصور الرمزية والرسوم التوضيحية من GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com) الذي يستضيف مجموعة Fluent Emoji مفتوحة المصدر من Microsoft. ولا تحمل هذه الطلبات أي شيء عن حسابك — سوى عنوان موقع الشركة التي يُرسم شعارها. أما الصورة الشخصية التي ترفعها فنخزّنها لدينا خلف رابط عام، لذا تعامل معها على أنها علنية.
Supabase — تسجيل الدخول وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات، وفيها يوجد حسابك وبيانات لعبك ومحتواك. Vercel — استضافة موقعنا والواجهات الخلفية التي تعالج طلبات المساعد وتسجيل رموز الإشعارات وتغذية الأسعار. Expo — تحديثات التطبيق عبر الهواء وخدمة الإشعارات التي توصّل ما توافق عليه منها. Groq وGoogle — النماذج اللغوية التي يعمل عليها شاهين (البند 4). Apple وGoogle — فقط عندما تختار تسجيل الدخول عبرهما. ويعالج كل مزوّد البيانات لتقديم الجزء الخاص به من الخدمة فقط، وفق شروطه. ولا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أداة إعلانية ولا أي أداة تحليلات أو تتبّع من طرف ثالث، وتُكتب تقارير الأعطال في قاعدة بياناتنا نحن بدلًا من إرسالها إلى خدمة خارجية لتقارير الأعطال.
لا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى الكاميرا أو معرض الصور إلا في اللحظة التي تختار فيها ضبط صورة شخصية، ولا تغادر جهازك سوى الصورة الواحدة التي تختارها. ولا يطلب إذن الإشعارات إلا عند تفعيلك إشعارًا. ويمكنك سحب أي من الإذنين من إعدادات جهازك متى شئت، ويستمر بقيّة التطبيق في العمل.
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا، ويمكنك الاطّلاع على معظمها وتصحيحه داخل التطبيق. ويمكنك حذف كل شيء بثلاث طرق: من داخل التطبيق عبر الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، أو على الويب من mubashereasytrade.com/delete-account، أو بمراسلتنا من بريدك المسجّل. ويؤدي حذف حسابك فورًا إلى محو ملفك الشخصي وإجاباتك عن أسئلة التعريف، ورصيد نقاطك وسجلّها الكامل، ومشاركاتك واختياراتك وسجلّ تدقيق اشتراكاتك، وإحالاتك، ورموز الإشعارات، ومحادثاتك ورسائلك مع المساعد، ومنشوراتك وردودك في المجتمع، وعضوياتك في المجموعات والدوريات، وهويّة تسجيل دخولك. أما ما لا يمكن محوه في اللحظة نفسها — صورة شخصية رفعتها، أو سجلّ تقني مثل تقرير عطل أو سجلّ توصيل إشعار — فيُحذف أو يُفصل نهائيًا عن هويّتك خلال 30 يومًا، وتُحذف تقارير الأعطال تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا في كل الأحوال. والمجموعة أو الدوري الذي أنشأته يُسلَّم إلى عضو آخر بدلًا من إلغائه، حتى لا يخسر بقيّة اللاعبين فريقهم. وتبقى في سجلّاتنا الأرقام الإجمالية التي لا تعرّف بأحد — كم شخصًا اشترك في مسابقة، وكم بلغت جائزتها. ويمكنك أيضًا أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو أن تعترض على طريقة استخدامنا لها، على العنوان نفسه.
EasyTrade غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا (أو الحد الأدنى للسن المطلوب في بلدك). ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من أطفال دون هذا السن. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا أنشأ حسابًا، فراسلنا وسنحذفه.
يخضع حسابك وبيانات اقتصادك (النقاط، الترتيب، الدوري) لقواعد على مستوى الخادم، بحيث لا يمكن لأي جهاز تعديل الأرصدة أو النتائج. والاتصال مشفَّر أثناء النقل، ولا يطّلع على سجلّات الأعطال والتدقيق الداخلية الموصوفة أعلاه سوى مشغّلي النظام لدينا. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، لكننا نتّخذ تدابير معقولة لحماية معلوماتك.
